Studio "De Stopplaats"
Fully furnished studio with private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Total area is 30m2. This studio with its own entrance is located on the outskirts of the village of Zuidermeer. A beautiful location amidst the meadows in the extension of the farmhouse. This rural location cannot be reached by public transport. Hoorn is the nearest place with public transport. That is 9 km from here. There are bicycles available for rent there, or you can take a taxi.
The space
The studio on the first floor of the extension (the "tail") of the Farmhouse has its own entrance and staircase. In the small hallway upstairs is the toilet. In the suite, there is a small kitchen with an oven/microwave, 2-burner stove, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. There is also a refrigerator.
There is a spacious dining area and a cozy seating area with TV. The double bed is 1.6 meters wide.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower and hand shower, and there is 1 sink.
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided, as well as bathrobes.
Coffee and tea are provided, along with basic necessities such as olive oil, pepper, and salt. (We do not offer breakfast)

In the garden, we have created your own spot with comfortable lounge offering expansive views over the meadows.
In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset from here.
Note:
The house is located next to a railway line. Four short trains pass by every hour. We no longer notice the noise, and our guests generally do not find it bothersome either.
